Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns must be approved before the product is sent back.

To request a return, contact us at safiullah.khan0060@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photographs or video of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Do not send a product to any address without prior approval. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Inspect your order immediately after delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or video evidence. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable UAE consumer-protection requirements.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted only when the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition. Return-delivery charges may be deducted from the refund unless the product was damaged, defective or supplied incorrectly.

Non-returnable products

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care, beauty, cosmetic and hygiene products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Perishable goods, customised items, gift cards, hazardous materials and flammable products are also non-returnable, subject to applicable UAE law.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Orders that have already been confirmed, processed or dispatched might not be cancellable.

Refunds

Returned products will be inspected before approval. Approved prepaid-order refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Approved Cash on Delivery refunds will be arranged by bank transfer or another agreed method. Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.
